Physical activity can help at all stages of the cancer pathway, from pre-treatment to during and after treatment and we want to support you to remain or become more physically active in a safe and appropriate way.

We have information about physical activity and exercise classes that will suit a wide range of people. Take a look below at all the ways the Ipswich Cancer Wellbeing and Information Centre is helping you to keep active safely.

Additionally, if you are in the period immediately before or after treatment, you may wish to check this link to our prehabilitation-rehabilitation programme which addresses physical exercise/ recovery, nutrition/ diet and emotional wellbeing in groups (face-to-face or online).
